- In the event that we feel a web site idea is not legal, ethical, or appropriate, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement. In that instance, you will be refunded 100% of your money and this deal will be null and void.
- You are 100% responsible for any and all content that is on your site. The content used in your web site cannot have any copyrighted materials (unless specific permission is granted by the rightful owner), illegal materials, etc.
- You agree that we may display your site in our advertising and our portfolio, if we so choose.
What happens after payment is made?
After payment is received, we will have you answer some questions regarding the site that will be designed. Then, we'll have you send us the text, photos, and images that you want us to use. We will include you in every step of the creation process. Your input is very important to us and we want you to be completely happy!
What happens after the web site is completed?
After we have your final acceptance, and your site is uploaded to the world wide web, we will submit your site to the search engines and directories.
